Move Raleigh Beyond Plastic

Dear Raleigh City Council,

Plastic pollution has reached a crisis level in our state and in our city. Plastic litters our green spaces, pollutes our waterways, harms our wildlife and even threatens human health. Our cities have a chance to lead the way in moving our state beyond plastics. I urge Raleigh to take immediate action to eliminate unnecessary single use plastics.
